First Bahrain Real Estate Development Co. today announced that they are offering a free furniture and chandelier package to the first ten El Mercado Village home buyers at the Gulf Property Show between the 24th and 26th of April. The special offer is made in collaboration with Impact Interiors, the designers who put the finishing touches on the beautiful show home which is now available for viewing.
“We were so happy with Impact Interiors’ work, radiating such charm and warmth, that we decided to offer their furnishings as an incentive package to the first ten home buyers at the Gulf Property Show. The sophistication and elegance of the design is also seen in the lighting. The package offer includes four chandeliers along with forty other items such as a dining table and six chairs, four sofas and four beds which together fully furnish the three-bedroom home,” stated Amin Al Arrayed, Chief Executive Officer of First Bahrain.
“We’re excited to have this opportunity to assist the buyers at El Mercado Village as they decorate and fit out their new homes. We’ll be working with each of the individual owners to design interiors to their taste and standards. Decorating is not just about the furniture, it’s about adding personal and fresh touches that turn a house into a home. We have already studied the space and immersed ourselves into every detail of this project, so we are ready to do most of the heavy lifting in order to deliver dream homes to these ten special customers,” stated Dr. Rima Abutteen, Founder and General Manager of Impact Interiors.
El Mercado Village is a beautiful mixed-use community in Janabiya, offering forty-two villas and townhouses integrated with an upscale neighbourhood market. The homes are designed to offer modern amenities with a classic touch conveniently located on a quiet street just off Avenue 27, offering a direct ride home from Manama in the evenings or the quickest morning commute to Saudi Arabia of any villa in the country. The outdoor retail centre is anchored by an Alosra supermarket which features a range of cafés, shops and services to meet the needs of the surrounding community.
The special offer, subject to terms and conditions, is only available to the first ten sales which are concluded during the Gulf Property Show. The furniture and chandeliers package is equivalent to the items which are now on display within the three-bedroom show home, tours for which will be managed by agents from Cluttons from 12 noon until 8 pm during the days of the show. Prices for the villas start from BD 177,000. Handover of the completed villas will happen imminently, allowing new owners to occupy their homes prior to Eid.
